If you want to learn German in Hamburg, you can attend an intensive course or an evening class. You learn in a relaxed group atmosphere. However, lessons in a group may have disadvantages for you: you’re not a good group learner, your goal is different from the majority of the group’s learners, or you simply work in shifts and cannot always come to fixed appointments of group lessons. In such cases we recommend that you book a private lesson package in our school in Hamburg. The teacher deals individually with your needs. German Private lessons in Hamburg in all language levels A1 to C2
If you book a German course with us, it does not matter which level you have reached so far. You can book a beginner course or an advanced course (A1 to C2) with us. Private lessons are also the only way you can reach up to level C2 if needed. As an orientation we use the European reference framework for languages. Thanks to the close contact with the teacher, beginners quickly learn the basics of the language and can talk in German after the first few hours. Even for advanced students we have extensive exercise material. If you do not know exactly which level is right for you, you should take our free placement test. This is done quickly and provides valuable information for the teacher.

It goes without saying that we only provide native-speaking or near-native German and foreign academic teachers. With these you make fast progress. Soon you can perfect the pronunciation. We offer private trial lessons of 45 minutes for those who would like to first try our a teacher and then decide on the booking of a private lesson package (prices and package sizes, see below).

The first45 minutes can be booked as free a trial lesson (in case you booked the time will be deducted from your later time package). You can test the teacher extensively. Only when you are completely convinced of the quality of the hour, book the rest of the lessons.
The framework conditions for a German private course in Hamburg
It is worth it, if you plan the course participation well. The more lessons you book, the cheaper the lessons will be:
- 5×90 Min for € 420,-
- 10×90 Min for € 800,-
- 15×90 Min for € 1.140,-
The times and days of each of the appointments can be directly discussed with your teacher and there are only two small rules for you with this course type:
- Your whole lesson package has an expiry date of 12 months after we confirm the course by email and invoice you.
- If you wish to cancel a booked appointment you can only do so before 24 hours before the appointment (for Mondays on a Saturday).
